Media evidence your attorney can actually file.
Authored features about you — your work, your achievements, your industry impact — not a company announcement with your name in it. Each one documented and packaged for your immigration counsel.
Why most press fails as petition evidence
A funding announcement mentioning your name is a story about a company. The criteria ask for published material about the applicant, and an adjudicator can tell the difference in about ten seconds.
Your professional background and expertise. Work you personally created, led or materially influenced. Achievements that can be independently verified. The wider industry relevance of that work.
Repetitive articles across outlets, unsupported claims, and generic promotional language. Each publication gets its own distinct angle, because four versions of the same piece reads as one piece.

- Benzinga
- SiliconValley.com
- TechRound
Founders, entrepreneurs and technology professionals who want a focused body of authored coverage alongside an existing petition strategy.
Note: SiliconValley.com works best where there is a credible technology, startup, AI or innovation angle.

How it runs
We review your professional history, leadership roles, measurable results and supporting evidence.
Each outlet gets a distinct story. We avoid repetitive articles, unsupported claims and generic promotional language.
You review every draft for accuracy before it is submitted anywhere.
After publication we prepare the article and its supporting information for your immigration counsel.
Timing and revisions
One article draft every two weeks, starting once we have your completed intake materials. Delays in feedback or approvals move the schedule — they do not extend the package.
Two revision rounds are included per article. A revision round means one consolidated set of comments. Additional rounds are $100 per article, as is a full rewrite after approval.
The package is valid for 90 days from payment. Unused articles and revisions expire and are non-refundable, as are publisher commitments already made.
What we do not do
We are not immigration lawyers and this is not legal advice. We do not guarantee that USCIS will accept any article, package or petition.
Your attorney decides eligibility, petition strategy, and how media evidence is used. We build the evidence and document it properly. They decide whether it helps.
Publication timing stays subject to editorial approval and each outlet’s calendar. If a listed publication becomes unavailable we will propose a comparable replacement for your approval, rather than substituting it quietly.
Not sure which one fits?
Send us your CV or LinkedIn and what your attorney has said so far. We will tell you which package fits, or whether you need something different — including if the answer is that press is not your weak criterion.
