For immigration attorneys

A press list you can actually check.

You have had clients arrive with a folder of paid articles on publications nobody can identify. We publish the opposite: 42 named publications, each with why it counts, what it costs, and a written note on where it is weak.

No referral fee. Ever.

Paying you for a client is fee-sharing with a non-lawyer, which your conduct rules restrict or forbid. We will not offer it and you should be wary of anyone who does.

A discount that reaches your client

10% off any package for clients who come through you. It goes to them, not to you, so there is nothing to disclose and nothing to decline.

We will tell your client no

If press is not their weakest criterion we say so and do not take the money. That is the whole reason this is worth referring to.

What your client receives per published feature

The live article URL
Headline, publication date and author
The author page or biography where available
Publication background and editorial focus
Available readership or circulation information

Delivered as a pack, in the order an exhibit list wants it — not as a row of links in an email for your paralegal to reformat.

What we refuse to sell, and why it matters to you

  • Press releases and syndicated items. Material the applicant paid to distribute is not published material about the applicant. They are excluded from this site in code, not by policy.
  • Anything that expires. Several publishers remove paid articles after six months. A petition refiled on extension then has a dead exhibit.
  • Unindexed pages. If Google cannot see it, neither can anyone verifying it.
  • Publications nobody can identify. We audited 720 and rejected 581, including 21 “publications” that footer-tested to one company.

What we are not

We provide media strategy, article development and publication documentation. We do not provide immigration legal advice and we do not guarantee that USCIS accepts anything. Eligibility, petition strategy and how the evidence is used are yours.

The strength ratings on this site are our editorial judgement about publications, not a legal opinion about criteria. We would rather you disagreed with one in writing than discovered we had overstated it.
